Large wheel-thrown pedestal bowl , decorated with hand cut stencils and and iron-rich clay slip. Glazed in shino, dusted with wood ash from my studio stove and high fired in a gas kiln.
This bowl is part of the Signature Collection. A collection that includes truly special pieces that have been signed on the underneath, instead of just stamped with my maker’s mark. Only one to three pieces will be added to the Signature Collection each month.
This bowl is perfect as a fruit bowl or as a special show piece in the home.
Approximately 29 cm across and 11 cm tall.
